Project managed the delivery of Lincoln Castle Revealed, Lincoln Castle’s £20m restoration. Strong experience of visioning and strategy, business planning, commercial and financial management, change management and organisational development across heritage and arts organisations. Excellent communication and presentation skills and brings drive, energy and consummate professionalism to any organisation or project.
