Shaida Bibi has devoted her working career to bringing social justice at both an operational and strategic level. Having spent the best part of her career as the first female Muslim manager in the West Midlands probation service, Shaida is now employed by the largest Local Authority in Europe, leading locally on the Government’s Counter Extremism Strategy.
Using her academic credentials as a criminologist and her passion for tackling crime, Shaida was also the Director for ‘Connected Communities’, a criminal justice and consultancy LTD company. Her relentless passion and attitude to bring social good in a collaborative fashion has allowed Shaida to share her knowledge and expertise across international borders.
Shaida’s academic credentials include a B.A Honours in Criminal Justice and Policing, B.A Honours in Community Justice (probation studies), and a Masters in Criminology, Penology and Management from the prestigious University of Cambridge.
