Bangla Arts Development Agency (BADA) was conceived by Legacy WM (LWM) in partnership with local Bangladeshi artists and organisations, and four established cultural organisations in Birmingham to collectively support the growing Bangladeshi artist community and audiences. The Talent Development Producer is a brand-new role and will be pivotal in delivering a structured programme of opportunities and support for emerging artists from the Bangladeshi community. This includes the management and production of the annual Bangla week.
